Welcome to Thacher Winery!

We are a small, family-run winery in the Adelaida Hills of Westside Paso Robles.

Our first wines, the culmination of many years of study, hard work, and anticipation are now available and construction has begun on the winery and tasting room. We look forward to pouring wine this spring at the new home of Thacher Winery. Plan a visit to the ranch!
