This wine is clear, with a medium intense ruby core, fading to a pale ruby edge and water-white rim. Legs are medium and fast to form with faint saturation of color. On the nose, this wine is clean and developing. Aromas are complex and medium plus in intensity. They include Bing cherry, cranberry,dried cranberry, red currant, toffee, smoke, hibiscus tea, leather and oak spice. On the palate, this wine is dry. It has medium intense structural tannin, medium silky body, medium plus spicy alcohol and medium acid.The flavors are medium plus intense, and include cherry cola, dried cranberries, baking spice, cedar, tobacco, baked berry crisp, molasses and vanilla. The finish is long, and has lasting ripe berry flavors balanced by piquant alcohol and tannin. This wine is ready to drink, and will age for 3-4 years before becoming fully developed.

This wine is dry on the palate, with a silken body. Big flavors of ripe dark fruit and lingering tannins. This wine is ready to drink but will develop more complexity by 2013-2015. It would pare wonderfully with a bone in rib- eye or hearty vegetable stew.

Very fresh and fruity flavors on nose and palate. Very ripe red fruits, balanced with a hint of vanilla and dried fruits. The finish is long and displays impeccable balance between ripe fruit flavors, fresh acid and fine ripe tannins. This is a delicious wine and ready to drink in 2011, but will hold until 2013 or 2014, and will continue to develop additional complexity of aroma and flavor.

Legs are saturated with color and are thick and slow to develop. On the nose, this wine is clean and developing, with intense aromas of blackberry, raspberry, cherry jam, dried plums, currants, sweet spice, toast, licorice and vanilla cream. On the palate, this wine is dry, with a medium plus rich body, medium plus integrated alcohol, medium acid, and medium plus flavors of blackberry pie filling, framboise, strawberry, Flor de Jamaica, sweet oak, and cedar. The finish is long and delicious, characterized by lingering fine tannin and ripe berry and wood flavors. This wine is ready to drink, but becomes much more generous after decant. It will hold for 4-6 years, aging on structured tannin and an abundance of ripe fruit.

This is a big, jammy and ripe zinfandel. "Medium-dark purplish ruby; attractive, fragrant, spicy, briery, jammy, blackberry fruit aroma with hints of pomegranate and smoked bacon; full body; big, rich, thick, jammy, dark berry fruit flavors with some residual sugar and a creamy mouth feel; full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Very ripe, over-the-top style of Zinfandel. Highly recommended."

"Medium-dark ruby color; attractive, forward, intense, briery, spicy, plummy, very ripe blackberry fruit aroma with notes of black pepper, vanilla, and cedar; full body; forward, very rich, extracted, peppery, very ripe blackberry fruit flavors with a hint of residual sugar and a plush, creamy mouthfeel; medium-full to full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Shows good depth and richness, verging on a late harvest style. Very highly recommended."

Shows distinctive varietal character and not quite as jammy as their Triumvirate bottling." Very highly recommended.

Five different Westside Paso Robles' vineyards make up this blend, one of them being our own Kentucky Ranch Vineyard. This wine is ruby in color with notes of cherry, coffee, cinnamon, and molasses on the nose. The front of the palette has hints of vanilla that give way to a flavor of ripe strawberries. Becomes spicier with air and finishes with silky tannins, strong persistence and a bright jolt of cracked pepper.This is the wine to pour on Thanksgiving, it will pare wonderfully with turkey- just think of it as alternative cranberry sauce.
